Important: Clipa does NOT collect or access the content you create (videos, audio, images). All editing and AI processing is performed 100% locally on your device.

• Encryption: Passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing. Activation tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
• Communications: All communications between the application and our servers use HTTPS/TLS.
• Restricted access: Only authorized personnel have access to personal data.
• Anonymization: Hardware identifiers are stored as SHA-256 hashes, making reconstruction of the original data impossible.

• Maintain an active user session.

We do not use tracking, advertising, or third-party analytics cookies.

Your personal data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy:

• Account data: While your account remains active and up to 5 years after cancellation for tax compliance.
• Licensing data: During the license validity and 1 year after expiration.
